If you’re not totally in love with your mademoisellelash.com purchase, we offer free pre-paid returns for all U.S. orders within 30 days of your purchase. You will receive a full refund to your original payment method, not including your original shipping charge.
Please note we do not offer exchanges currently. However, if you’re unhappy with one of our products, please review the return instructions below.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
We’re really sorry to hear that you’re not happy with your order. The good news is that returns are super simple with Mademoiselle Lash. If your lashes are in their original packaging and haven’t been worn or used, you’ll get a full refund, minus the cost of shipping.
HOW CAN I TELL MY ITEM IS ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN?
  • Lashes must be purchased from Mademoiselle Lash
  • Only unused and unopened items can be sent back
  • Items that show signs of use or damage are not eligible for return
  • The product(s) must be in the original Mademoiselle Lash packaging.
  • Gift sets and kits must be returned with all items included
  • Gift With Purchase items must be returned with you order
  • Final sale and clearance items cannot be returned

SUBMIT A RETURN REQUEST
For easy and speedy returns, submit a return request on the Mademoiselle Lash returns portal. Enter your order number and the email address or phone number associated with it.
Once your return request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be emailed to you. Returns requested within the 30 days of receipt of purchase will receive FREE return label.
Refund requests outside of 30 days of receipt will be charged for the return label.

RETURNING THE PRODUCT(S)
When you’ve received a prepaid shipping label, pack your products in their original packaging ready for shipping. Include the packing slip that came with the package.
Apply the prepaid shipping label to the package then drop it off to your nearest USPS post office.

APPROVAL & REFUND
Allow up to 5 - 10 business days for the return to arrive at Mademoiselle Lash HQ. Additional time may be needed if the return request is submitted during the weekends and Holidays.
Once your returned items have been checked and approved by our team, your refund will be processed. If your return is unsuccessful and doesn’t meet the criteria, you will be informed of the reason via email.

Please note that refund requests need to be made within 30 days of purchase. Unfortunately, we don’t currently offer pre-paid shipping labels so you will be requested to send your items back to use at your cost.

Visit your local post office to ship the return. It’s highly recommended you use a trackable service — keep the courier receipt for future reference.

APPROVAL & REFUND
Depending on the postal service you’ve used and which country you are returning the items from, allow up to 4-6 weeks for the return to arrive at Mademoiselle Lash HQ. Additional time may be needed if the return request is submitted during the weekends and Holidays.
Once your returned items have been checked and approved by one of our team, your refund will be processed. If your return is unsuccessful and doesn’t meet the criteria, you will be informed of the reason via email.
We’ll keep you in the loop every step of the way, so you’ll know exactly what’s happening. We’ll issue a refund using the same payment method you used to purchase.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCT? GET IN TOUCH!
At Mademoiselle Lash, we're committed to providing you with the best false lashes and lash accessories. If you receive a damaged or defective product, we’ve got you covered.
If you are requesting a return within 30 days of the receipt date:
Drop us an email at info@mademoisellelash.com with your customer name, order number and a photo of the damaged or defective product(s).
Once we’ve received the item, we will review it. If it’s considered damaged, you’ll receive a replacement. If we are notified of damage to the product(s) after 30 days of receiving the item, you will receive store credit instead.
Please note that Mademoiselle Lash can only accept returns of orders placed on mademoisellelash.com. Shipping for replacement products will be subject to the same service selected for the original order, and any upgrades or additions to the order will require added payment from the customer.
WHAT SHOLD I DO IF MY ORDER IS INCOMPLETE?
Oops! There’s a missing item from your order. When it comes to packaging your order, we like to maintain high standards. However, mistakes do occur from time to time. We sincerely apologize if you received your order without a specific item.
Please contact us by email at info@mademoisellelash.com within 10 days of delivery if you have any questions.
Include the following information in the subject line of your email:
● “Incomplete Order” in the subject line of the email
● Your order number — this will be on your order confirmation email or packing slip
Remember to include the following information in your email:
● The item(s) that are missing
● A photo of the entire order with the packing slip
After verifying all details, we’ll replace the missing item(s) at no additional cost. Please remember that we can only handle your request if you get in touch with us during the first 10 days. After that, we might be unable to handle your missing item(s) request.

RETURNING A GIFT?
At Mademoiselle Lash, we understand that sometimes a gift may not be exactly what you were hoping for. That's why we offer a hassle-free gift return policy. If you received a gift purchased online and wish to exchange it, go to our returns portal and go through the same return process. Once we receive your return and have approved it is unopened and undamaged, we will issue a credit for the items.
This credit can be used towards any future online purchase at Mademoiselle Lash and will appear as a payment method during checkout. With our gift exchange policy, you can shop with confidence.
