Wholesale Return Policy

Please note the following limitations:

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
  • Your returns may be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.
  • Items that have been altered in any way cannot be accepted.
  • Any items purchased under the Last Chance section are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • All sales are final on overstock items; returns are not accepted on overstock or closeout items under any circumstances.
  • Mademoiselle Lash is not responsible for return shipping on any return.

Returning Items to Mademoiselle Lash

Contact a Customer Service Representative to request an RMA#.  Please be sure to have the following Information:

  • Your Mademoiselle Lash order number or PO#
  • The style numbers for the items you wish to return.
  • A color, size, and quantity breakdown of each style you would like to return.

Please Note:  Returns will not be accepted without an RMA.

Please send all Return Inquires to info@madmeoisellelash.com.

Please write the RMA# on the packing list enclosed with your order as well as on the box. If the original box is not available, you can use any plain, unmarked cardboard box.

If there are any shipping labels, bar-codes, or stickers on the corrugated box from previous shipments, please remove them at this time.

You will receive a credit posted to your credit card or account once it is received and checked in by our warehouse. Please allow 7 to 10 business days to receive your credit.
